The relocated 'borderless' digital art museum — it moved from its former Odaiba/Aomi site (closed 2022) and reopened in Feb 2024 in the basement of Azabudai Hills Garden Plaza B. ~7,000 sqm with 75+ artworks that flow between rooms with no fixed route.
Why children love it: Rooms of falling flowers, light waterfalls, an interactive Athletics Forest and a crayon-drawing area where kids' sketches are scanned into a living projected world.
Honest drawbacks: Deliberately maze-like and dark — easy to lose small children; timed entry, dynamic pricing, and weekends busy; the walk from stations is long.
