A big, grassy Setagaya park with a proper athletic-play plaza, a separate under-6 zone, and the acclaimed universal-design 'Minna no Hiroba'. Also famous for cherry blossom and home to the Setagaya Art Museum.
Why children love it: A dozen climbing/athletic structures in one plaza, a dedicated toddlers-only area, and Tokyo's landmark inclusive playground where wheelchair-using and non-disabled kids play together.
