Edogawa Natural Zoo
江戸川区自然動物園
Kasai · near Nishi-Kasai
A free-admission neighbourhood zoo inside Gyosen Park with red pandas, penguins and, most popular of all, a petting corner for rabbits, guinea pigs, goats and sheep. Small, unhurried and genuinely budget-friendly for families.
Why children love it: A free petting corner where they can cuddle rabbits and guinea pigs and meet goats and sheep.
Honest drawbacks: Petting runs only in two set windows (roughly 10:00–11:45 and 13:15–15:00); it's a modest local zoo, not a major attraction; outdoors.
