Romancecar Museum
ロマンスカーミュージアム
Ebina · near Ebina Station (Odakyu Line), beside LaLaport Ebina
Odakyu Railway's museum opened in 2021, displaying its historic Romancecar limited-express trains from the 1950s SE through the panoramic-nose models. Features a large HO-scale diorama of the Odakyu network, a driving simulator, and a children's play zone.
Why children love it: A dedicated Kids' Romancecar Park play area, a huge working model-railway diorama with a day-to-night light show, and the chance to board and explore the sleek nose-cab Romancecars.
Honest drawbacks: Outside Tokyo (about 45-60 min from Shinjuku by Odakyu); closed Tuesdays; smaller collection than Omiya.
